For services such as repair, modding, or upgrades:

After ordering, you will automatically receive an email with the submission address and necessary information. You order and pay for shipping to us yourself. When the work is completed, we will arrange and pay for the return shipping back to you. We automatically receive your name, address, and other necessary information from the order.

For finished products:

If you order accessories, pre-modded consoles, refurbished products, or other items that do not require submission, you don't need to do anything extra. The product will be shipped directly to you as usual, typically within 1–2 business days.

Which PSP models does this modification support?
The service supports PSP 1000, PSP 2000, PSP 3000, and PSP Street (E1000).

What is ARK-4?
ARK-4 is the latest and most modern Custom Firmware solution for PSP. It provides access to emulators, homebrew applications, plugins, and a range of extra features not found on original firmware.

Is the modification permanent?
Yes. The PSP is configured so that Custom Firmware is ready to use every time the console is started.

Can I still use original PSP games?
Yes. The modification does not affect the ability to use original UMD games or other original accessories.

Can the PSP run PS1 games?
Yes. With Custom Firmware, compatible PS1 games can be run directly from the memory card.

Which emulators are supported?
The PSP supports emulators for Game Boy, Game Boy Advance, SNES, NES, Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, and many other classic consoles, among others.

Is an SD card adapter included?
Yes. A MicroSD to Memory Stick Pro Duo adapter is included in the service.

Can I send in my own MicroSD card?
Yes. However, we only recommend quality cards from reputable manufacturers such as SanDisk or Samsung. Cheap and unofficial cards can lead to problems and instability.

Do I need to install anything myself afterwards?
No. The console is delivered pre-configured and ready to use. The most commonly used apps and tools are already installed.

How long does the modification take?
Normally, the work is completed within 1–3 business days after the PSP is received, depending on workload and season.

Do I need to send in my PSP?
Yes. The console must be sent to TinkerMods for installation. Address and instructions will be sent automatically by email after ordering.

Do I get a warranty?
Yes. All PSP modifications come with a 6-month warranty on the work performed.

If you submit your own microSD card, it must be a high-quality card from reputable brands such as SanDisk or Samsung. Cheap memory cards from AliExpress, China, and similar sources will not work for installing custom firmware and may cause errors during use.
