Do you offer a warranty?

-Yes, we do! We understand that it can be a bit daunting to hand over your valuable console for modding/repairs, but we are so confident in our work that we offer a 6-month warranty on the work we perform! If we are unable to complete the modification/repair, the customer will receive a partial/full refund of the amount paid for the service. The refund amount varies depending on the unit and the amount of work performed. If we cause damage to the console during modding/repair, we will either repair the damage at no additional cost, or compensate the customer according to the market value of the unit, if the damage cannot be rectified.

Can I just drop off my console in Grimstad without ordering on the website?

-No, unfortunately you cannot. This is due to VAT, MVA, and various other practical reasons. All orders must go through the website.

Can I deliver my console in person? And where do I deliver it?

-Yes, you can! After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive the delivery address via email, and it will usually be ready within 24-48 hours. It is delivered in Grimstad. Remember to bring your order number.

Where should I send my console?

-After you have completed your order, you will automatically receive the address and name to send your console to via email.

Do I have to pay for shipping? Who pays for return shipping?

-Yes, you pay for shipping when you send your console to us, but we pay for the return shipping back to you.

I want to buy accessories with the modification of my console, do I have to pay for shipping for the accessories?

-No! When you order accessories together with the modding of your console, there is no shipping fee for those accessories. You only pay shipping for accessories if you buy them alone.

How long will it take before I get my unit back?

-After we have received your unit, it depends a bit on the scope of the job, but it will usually be finished modded or repaired within 1-2 business days. If your unit is to be sent by mail, shipping time will be additional.

Is it safe to mod my console? Can it be damaged?

-With modding, there is always a very minimal chance of it being "bricked" regardless of who or how it is done, but we have modded over 500 consoles and it has never happened with us.

Can you download games for me for free? or guide me?

-No — we cannot. Downloading or distributing copyrighted material without permission is illegal in Norway and can lead to liability for damages and/or criminal charges. Therefore, we can neither assist with downloading pirated games nor provide guidance that encourages or explains how to do so.
