Can I just deliver my console to Grimstad without ordering on the website?
- No, unfortunately you cannot. This is due to VAT, VAT and various other practical reasons. All orders must go through the website.
Can I deliver my console in person? And where do I deliver it?
- Yes, you can! After you have ordered, you will be given the address to deliver it to, and it will usually be ready within 24-48 hours. It is delivered in Grimstad. Remember to include the order number.
Where should I send my console?
- After you have completed your order, you will be given the address and name where you send your console.
Do I have to pay shipping? Who pays the return shipping?
- Yes, you pay for the shipping when you send your console to us, but I will pay the return shipping back to you.
I want to buy accessories with modifications to my console, do I have to pay shipping for the accessories?
- No! When you order accessories together with modding your console, there is no shipping fee for those accessories. You only pay shipping for accessories if you buy them alone.
How long will it take to get my console back?
- After we have received your console, it depends a bit on which console or model it is, but it will usually be finished modding or repairing within 1-2 days, even on weekends! If your console is to be sent by mail, the shipping time will be additional.
Is it safe to mod my console? Can it be damaged?
- With modding there is always a very minimal chance of it being "bricked" no matter who or how it is done, but we have modded over 100 consoles and it has never happened to us.
Can you download games for me for free?
- No, I do not support illegal downloading of games.
Why are the prices the way they are?
- Prices reflect not only the work itself, but also the cost of the components included in the modification. Modchips and memory cards are always included in the price, and some modchips can cost up to 600 kr alone. In addition, good quality memory cards are also a significant cost. I do not charge much for the work itself, and my goal is always to keep prices as low as possible while ensuring that you get a professional installation with reliable components.
