Delivery and Shipping Information

We want to make it easy and safe for you to send in your console for modding or repair. We offer two delivery methods: personal delivery to a locked mailbox or shipment via mail .

NB! If you have only purchased accessories, this will not be relevant and it will be sent to you as normal.

1. Shipping via the Post Office

If you are unable to deliver the console yourself, you are welcome to send it to us. After ordering, you will receive an email with the address and name to send your console to.

We receive your address and name automatically after you complete your order, so you don't have to worry about sending this information to us manually.

Please ensure that you provide the correct address and name when ordering to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

Free return shipping! You send to us, we cover the shipping back to you.

Important information for postal delivery:

  • Please include your order number and name .
  • Pack the console well to avoid damage during transport.
  • Send with tracking for extra security.

2. Personal delivery

We have locked mailboxes inside a locked barracks for double security of your console.

You can safely drop off your console in our locked mailbox outside:

How it works:

  1. Place your order online.
  2. Receive an email with a code to the barracks and mailbox.
  3. Drop off the console in the drop-off mailbox inside the barracks.
  4. We will contact you when the job is complete!

Inside the barracks there are clearly marked mailboxes for drop-off and pick-up .

Picking up the finished console

When the console is ready, you will receive an SMS with your mailbox number and code. We use three locked mailboxes (1, 2 and 3) for safe and easy collection and to prevent multiple customers from having their console in the same mailbox.

When your console is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS with the mailbox number and the code for the mailbox and the barracks.
