For services such as repair, modding, or upgrades:

After ordering, you will automatically receive an email with the submission address and necessary information. You order and pay for shipping to us yourself. When the work is completed, we will arrange and pay for the return shipping back to you. We automatically receive your name, address, and other necessary information from the order.

For finished products:

If you order accessories, pre-modded consoles, refurbished products, or other items that do not require submission, you don't need to do anything extra. The product will be shipped directly to you as usual, typically within 1–2 business days.

-What is included in the modding service?

We professionally install a Picofly RP2040 modchip using advanced micro-soldering and set up the console with Atmosphère Custom Firmware, necessary system files, and the most commonly used apps. The console is delivered fully configured and ready to use.

-Can I still play online and use the eShop?

Yes. You can easily switch between the original firmware (OFW) and Custom Firmware (CFW). When you boot into the original firmware, you can use the eShop and play online as normal.

-Is the modchip included in the price?

Yes. The Picofly RP2040 modchip is included in the price, along with installation and setup.

-What can I do with a modded Nintendo Switch OLED?

Yes. The console comes with an easy-to-understand printed manual. It explains, among other things, how to boot into CFW and original firmware, what the different apps are used for, how to upgrade your SD card, and how to solve common problems.

-Do you replace the thermal paste?

Yes. Free thermal paste replacement is included in the service to ensure optimal cooling and temperatures.

-Can I upgrade to TMR joysticks?

Yes. You can choose the TMR joystick upgrade as an additional service.

-What are the advantages of TMR joysticks?

TMR joysticks use magnetic sensors instead of traditional wear parts. This provides:

* Very low risk of stick drift
* Longer lifespan
* Better precision
* Smoother and more stable control feel

-How long does the modding take?

In most cases, the console is modded and sent back 1-3 business days after we receive it.

-Is the modchip installation safe?

Yes. The installation is performed with professional equipment and extensive experience in micro-soldering and Nintendo Switch modifications. The console undergoes a full functional test before being sent back. You are also covered by a 6-month warranty.

This service applies to the modding of your existing Nintendo Switch OLED. This is not a purchase of a new or pre-modded console.

If you are sending in your own microSD card, we recommend only using memory cards from reputable manufacturers such as SanDisk or Samsung. Cheap or counterfeit memory cards can lead to instability, errors, and issues with Custom Firmware.

All modding is performed professionally with high-quality equipment, and the console undergoes a full functional test before return.

Send in the Switch OLED console itself and your own microSD card if you choose to use your own. For a TMR upgrade, you must also send the Joy-Con controllers that are to be upgraded. Without the TMR option, you do not need to send the Joy-Cons. The dock and power cables are not required.
