For services such as repair, modding, or upgrades:

After ordering, you will automatically receive an email with the submission address and necessary information. You order and pay for shipping to us yourself. When the work is completed, we will arrange and pay for the return shipping back to you. We automatically receive your name, address, and other necessary information from the order.

For finished products:

If you order accessories, pre-modded consoles, refurbished products, or other items that do not require submission, you don't need to do anything extra. The product will be shipped directly to you as usual, typically within 1–2 business days.

-What is included in the modding service?

We professionally install a Picofly RP2040 modchip with advanced micro-soldering and set up the console with Atmosphère Custom Firmware, necessary system files, and the most commonly used apps. The console is delivered pre-configured and ready to use.

-Can I still play online and use the eShop?

Yes. You can easily choose between original firmware (OFW) and Custom Firmware (CFW). When you boot into original firmware, you can use the eShop and play online as normal.

-Is the modchip included in the price?

Yes. The Picofly RP2040 modchip is included in the price along with installation and setup.

-What can I do with a modded Nintendo Switch OLED?

A modded Switch unlocks a range of additional features, including:

-Can I upgrade to TMR joysticks?

Yes. You can choose the TMR joystick upgrade as an additional service.

This service applies to the modding of your existing Nintendo Switch Lite. This is not the purchase of a new or pre-modded console.

If you send in your own microSD card, we recommend only memory cards from reputable manufacturers such as SanDisk or Samsung. Cheap or unofficial memory cards can lead to instability, errors, and problems with Custom Firmware.

All modding is performed professionally with quality equipment, and the console undergoes full functional testing before return.

Please do not send the dock, Joy-Cons, or power cables, as this only makes shipping more expensive for both parties and is not necessary.
