For services such as repair, modding, or upgrades:

After ordering, you will automatically receive an email with the submission address and necessary information. You order and pay for shipping to us yourself. When the work is completed, we will arrange and pay for the return shipping back to you. We automatically receive your name, address, and other necessary information from the order.

For finished products:

If you order accessories, pre-modded consoles, refurbished products, or other items that do not require submission, you don't need to do anything extra. The product will be shipped directly to you as usual, typically within 1–2 business days.

-Do I need to send in the entire console?

That's up to you. For us to function test it after an HDMI replacement, you need to send in the entire console. If you only send in the motherboard, we will not test it afterwards. We therefore recommend sending in the entire PS5 console. It's fine if it's disassembled, as long as all parts are included.

-How long does the repair take?

In most cases, the repair is completed within 1-3 business days after we receive the console.

-What if the problem isn't the HDMI port?

If the fault is due to other components on the motherboard, such as the HDMI encoder, filters, ESD protection, or similar, we will contact you before proceeding with further work. No extra costs will ever be incurred without your approval.

-Can you repair physically damaged HDMI ports?

Yes. We replace the entire port with a new HDMI port, so no matter how damaged it is, we'll fix it!

-Is my data safe?

Yes. An HDMI port repair does not affect saved games, users, or data on the console.

-Does the console come with a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on the repair itself and the work performed.

-What do I need to include when sending in the console?

Only the console itself is necessary. Cables, controllers, stands, and other accessories typically do not need to be sent along.

-How does shipping work?
You will automatically receive submission information by email after ordering. You are responsible for shipping to us, while we cover the return shipping back to you once the repair is complete.

-What happens if the console cannot be repaired?

If, after thorough troubleshooting, we conclude that the console cannot be repaired, we will usually issue a 70% refund.
